OFFICE OF CONTRACTS SOFTWARE UPGRADE

The Office of Contracts is planning to upgrade its contract letting software on 
December 4-8, 2008. During this period the DOT will not be able to process 
bidding requests, contracts and Sales Tax Exemption Certificates for prior lettings.

The Bid Express website (www.bidx.com) will be available so contractors will be 
able to order letting documents, but the Planholders and Eligible Bidders 
Listing will not be updated daily during this period.

Construction of the following projects, listed in the current Target Listing, have been indefinitely delayed.
